Return Policy

Every ZoZo&Co. order is handmade specifically for your dog. Because of this, I am unable to accept returns. Please reference the “Size Chart” located on each product’s page prior to ordering. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please contact me by email (zozoandco2020@gmail.com) or DM me on Instagram to discuss the best sizing and bandana style for your dog.

Processing and Shipping Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. Each order is made specifically for your dog at the time of your order. As a consumer myself, I know how exciting and anxious I get waiting for my order; I will try to get your order mailed out within 3 days of placing your order. If you need a rush order, please contact me and I will do my best to get the item(s) out as soon as possible!

Shipping

Items are shipped using USPS First Class mail for domestic addresses within the United States. Due to COVID-19, shipping times may be delayed. Most orders should arrive at customer’s home within 5 days of shipping.

Safety

Please supervise your pet while they are wearing their ZoZo&Co. bandana or hoodie. Please remove the bandana or hoodie if your pet is engaging in play with other animals. For bandanas with snaps, please keep out of reach of children to prevent potential choking on the snaps. ZoZo&Co. is not responsible for any injuries your pet or child(ren) may incur while wearing or coming in contact with our bandanas or hoodies.
